Original Abstract
Řízení lidských zdrojů řeší problém vysoké fluktuace, nekvalifikované pracovní síly, neschopnost nabídnout vyšší platy atd., což způsobuje vysoké náklady pro společnost, nespokojené zaměstnance a stát platí vysoké sociální dávky pro nezaměstnané. Jedná se o komplexní socio-ekonomické problém a řešením může být systém rovnováhy mezi pracovním a soukromým životem. Práce využívá analýzy primárních a sekundárních dat . V práci je také nutné metoda syntézy, indukce a dedukce. Důležitou součástí práce je také srovnání s ostatními zeměmi EU a statistické metody k vyhodnocení závěru. Práce popisuje problematiku rovnováhy mezi pracovním a soukromým životem a poskytuje možnost využití flexibilních forem práce. Článek pojednává o situaci v České republice a upozorňuje na jeho nedostatky.
English abstract
Purpose of the arcticle: Human resources management solves the problem of high fluctuation, unskilled labor, inability to offer higher salaries etc., which causes high costs for the company, dissatisfied employees and the state pays high social benefits for the unemployed. This is the complex socio-economics problem and the solution can be the work-life balance system. Methodology/methods: The thesis uses analysis of primary and secondary data and structured data collection in the form of gathering and clarifying scientific literature, laws, articles and web links on this issue. In the thesis is also necessary synthesis method, induction and deduction, which means drawing statements from other applicable facts. An important component of thesis also includes comparison with other EU countries and the subsequent analogies and statistical methods to substantiate the conclusions obtained. Scientific aim: This is a survey study that aims to clarify the available resources, define the problem and submit a research proposal for the next steps in the investigation of the issue. Findings: The thesis describes the issue of work-life balance and provides the possibility of flexible forms of work. The article discusses the situation in the Czech Republic and draws attention to its shortcomings. It is primarily focused on the most affected group of people that work-life balance approach needs- parents with young children and presents the importance of work-life balance from the perspective of employees, employers and the state. Conclusions: The thesis explores already published articles, exposes their weaknesses and limits, which is needed to explore in the Czech Republic, to preserve the continuity of science. The article defines the future aim in focusing on Czech companies and employees with the preschoolers and presents the hypotheses to explore.
