Original Abstract

Případová studie se zaměřuje na problematiku implementace ERP systému Helios Easy v ICT podniku, kde se tento systém stává součástí celopodnikového integrovaného řešení, integrujícího ERP systém a e-commerce systém. Tato případová studie současně specifikuje metodiku implementace ERP řešení s ohledem na integraci takového řešení do současných i nových ICT systémů podniku. Zohledňuje nejen problematiku implementace, integrace, ale i problematiku projektového managementu, analýzy rizik i bezpečnosti.

English abstract

This case study focuses on implementation of ERP system Helios Easy in ICT enterprise, where this system becomes part of enterprise integration solution, which integrates ERP and e-commerce. Furthermore the part of case study is design of ERP implementation methodology with respect to its integration in current or new ICT systems of enterprise. Besides of implementation and integration, this case study takes into account project management, risk analysis and security issues.
