Original Abstract
This case study considers the application and use of an ERP and APS system at the company Buzuluk Komárov which is a traditional engineering manufacturer and subsupplier to the automobile industry. The study describes how this prestigious production company proceeded during the selection and implementation of the given products and services and the benefits it has obtained from their use. The study also shows how support for competitiveness was achieved by means of these information systems within the supply chain through which the company provides subdeliveries for automobile manufacturers.
