Original Abstract

This paper deals with one of possible ways how to protect author's copyrights of multimedia data. Specifically it concerns with the method of watermark embedding into digital audio data that is marking audio data with a hidden copyright mark. This copyright mark is called "the audio watermark". The presented method works in the spectral domain and exploits the audio signal phase to encode the audio watermark into these data.
