Original Abstract

The status of women in the labor market in various fields of business is an actual issue that is solved not only in Czech Republic but also in many other countries. Not any difference found in Arab countries, where due to the diversity of cultures, political and social organization specific business conditions emerged. The aim of this paper is to analyse and assess current conditions in the areas of woman’s entrepreneurship in Syria and Czech Republic.
