Podstatným omezením využitelnosti povrchově upravovaných plechů ve vztahu k tvářecímu procesu je mimo stupeň dosahované deformace rovněž konkrétní mechanismus přetvoření, probíhající u dané výrobní operace. Překročení jistých limitních hodnot vede následně nejen ke zvýšení nároků na technologické podmínky vlastního výrobního procesu, ale vede též ke zvýšení počtu výrobních defektů a vyšší zmetkovitosti. V článku jsou popsány některé vlivy působení tohoto mechanismu.

Consuption of surface-treated metal sheet, used for immediate production of the final parts, producted by usual forming technology methods has recently been increasing. Diferent kinds and thickness of the sheet used as well as different types of their surface treatment make of course constitute the main limitation with respect to the forming process potentials is however also the level of deformation reached and also the deformation mechanism it self in the given manufacturing operation. Exceeding centain limits leads not only to increased demands on the technology conditions of the production process but often also to production defects and subsequent rejects. The aim of the paper is to contribute to the given problems including the specification of the limit values of some active factors for different materials and surface layers.
