Original Abstract

Je popsáno teoretické pozadí vzniku osových trhlin, které se mohou objevit při dopředném protlačování za určitých procesních podmínek. Analýza hraničních podmínek vychází z aplikace metody horní a dolní meze energie potřebné k protlačení dobrých a vadných protlačků presentované Avitzurem. Určujícími parametry je redukce průřezu, úhel kužele průtlačnice, třecí podmínky a zpevňovací charakteristika materiálu. Jsou uvedeny tři limitní diagramy zohledňující vliv uvedených veličin a umožňující tedy predikci vzniku sledovaných defektů.

English abstract

The theoretical background of chevrons defects appearance during forward extrusion process is described. The analysis of critical conditions, presented by avitzur, is based on the application of upper and lower bound method of the energy consumption during extrusion of good and failed products. Main decisive parameters are reduction, die angel, friction conditions and material workhardening parameter. Added are three limit charts reflecting the influence of mentioned parameters and enabling the predictions chevrons appearance.
