Abstract
The basis of the offered management system CCM's original dynamic numerical model DSM (Dynamic solidification model) formation temperature field of steel billet only during its passage through the CCM but also after his transfer to cooling racks. The model is based on explicit numerical method of finite differences and imaginative simulation of the evolution of latent heats of phase and structural changes introducing enthalpy. Temperature field of computational nodes and network addresses in each time solving the enthalpy balance equation. Numerical model must take full account of the role of non-linearity, ie. dependence of the thermophysical properties of the material strand and especially at the crystallizer temperature, as well as boundary conditions the dependence on temperature and other effects (speed, the intensity of cooling, etc.).
