K získání velikosti zbytkového napětí u Al odlitků byly použity radiografické a tenzímetrické metody. V článku je probráno snížení tohoto napětí vhodným tepelným zpracováním a jeho optimalizací s cílem snížit výrobní náklady bez snížení mechanických vlastností odlitků. V závěru je řešen problém účinku technologie výrobku a typu žíhání na výsledné zbytkové napětí.

To establish the magnitude of residual stress in Al castings,the X-ray metnod and the tensometric method were used. In the paper, the possibilities are discussed of reducing this stress via a suitable heat treatment and its optimization, with the aim of reducing the productions costs without impairing the mechanical properties of castings. In conclusion, the problem of the effect of casting production technology and type of annealing on the resultant residual stress is dealt with.
