Original Abstract

V dnešní průmyslové praxi se stále častěji vyskytují požadavky na spojování dvou různých kovových materiálů vyznačujících se odlišnými mechanickými a termofyzikálními parametry. Navíc je přidán požadavek na vysokou produktivitu procesu. Jednu z technologií, která umožní vytvářet tento specifický typ spojů je technologie laserového svařování. V příspěvku jsou popsány praktické testy laserových svarů několika kategorií: svary konstrukčních ocelí s rozdílnými mechanickými vlastnostmi, svary konstrukční oceli s austenitickou ocelí, a na konec spoje ocelí s neželeznými kovy. V tomto případě se již nedá použít technologie svařování, neboť vzniklé intermetalické slitiny jsou velmi křehké. Proto se v tomto případě dá hovořit spíše o tvrdém pájení, kdy v kapalné fázi je pouze jeden z kovů.

English abstract

In today's industrial practice are increasingly occurring on the joining requirements of two different metallic materials with different mechanical and termophysical parameters. In addition, the request is added to the high productivity of the process. One of the technologies that will allow to create this specific type of communications technology is laser welding. In the paper, describes the practical tests of laser welds of several categories: welding of structural steels with different mechanical properties, structural steels with the welds of the steel austenitickou, and at the end joints of steel with non-ferrous metals. In this case, we use the technology of the welding of intermetallic alloys, as incurred are very fragile. Therefore, in this case one can speak rather of hard soldering, when in the liquid phase is only one of the metals.
