Original Abstract

Článek pojednává o tvorbě nákladů spojený ch s výstavbou nemovitostí. První kapitola vymezuje dostupné typy výstavby. Dále jsou definovány náklady na výstavbu a jejich výpočet, za použití kalkulačního vzorce. Další kapitola je věnována srovnání výstavby svépomocí a výstavby nemovitosti na klíč. Srovnání je provedeno na případové studii. V poslední kapitole je uvedeno celkové posouzení výhodnosti výstavby svépomocí a výstavby na klíč.

English abstract

The article discusses the formation about the costs associated with the construction of real estate. The first chapter defines the available types of construction. Further, the costs of construction are defined and their calculation, using the other calculation formulas. Another chapter is devoted to the comparison of self-construction and construction of real estate on a turnkey basis. The comparison is made on a case study. The final chapter provides an overall assessment of construction of self-help and turnkey construction.
