Příspěvek seznamuje posluchače s princem řešení čistých prostorů pro výrobu léčiv, které jsou tvořeny dominantní profesí a to vzduchotechnikou. V příspěvku je prezentována definice čistého prostoru, jeho klasifikace a požadavky na vnitřní mikroklima prostoru. Jsou zde prezentovány právní předpisy vztahující se k takovým to prostorům včetně definice základních technických požadavků na systém vzduchotechniky tak, aby byly splněny požadavky textu SUKL – LEK 17 příprava léčivých přípravků v lékárně a zdravotnických zařízeních ze dne 15.4.2016. Na ukázkách z praxe prezentuje nutnost nejen kvalitního návrhu a realizace systému vzduchotechniky utvářející čisté prostory, ale také na nutnost jejich následné kvalitní údržby a pravidelného servisu.

Post acquaints students with Prince Cleanroom solutions for the production of drugs, which are made up of the dominant professions and an air conditioning system. In the paper are presented the definition of pure space, its classification and requirements for the internal microclimate of the area. Presented here are the laws pertaining to such it spaces including the definition of the basic technical requirements for the air conditioning system so as to meet the requirements of the text – LEK 17 SUKL preparation of medicines in pharmacies and medical institutions of 15.4.2016. The samples from the practice presents not only the need for a high-quality design and implementation of the system of air conditioning shaping clean premises, but also to the need for their subsequent quality maintenance and regular servicing.
