Original Abstract
Risk management is an essential part of maintaining the functionality of systems, such as for example company, constituent of state administration or local government. Individual steps of the management can generate effective, preventive and safety measures which, also depends on the experience and knowledge of the main evaluate manager and his team of experts. It is necessary to maintain the objective approach and considering all possible risks arising from the entity activities. However, a situation can arise when all scenarios associated with the ordinary activities and events that at the first sight seems to be almost without risk are not taken into the account, but their impact could be very significant. These are associated with so-called dynamic risks, whose manifestation’s rate and severity are changing in time. The aim of this paper is to highlight the importance and possible ways of managing the dynamic risks.
