Original Abstract

The issue of overhead costs is within each construction company solved individually. General overhead costs are based on the previous financial year. From these data is created a plan for next year, which is reflected in the calculation of each construction contract. However is essential to take into account for the vast majority of production, what type of construction work goes, it is because for different types of work are laid down various production overheads. In the Czech Republic is not a lot of literature, which deals with production overheads in construction. In the frame of used methodology it is necessary to divide the construction according to the nature of the works that description as accurate as possible.
