Original Abstract

With the era of internet of things (IoT) the importance of tools for hardware/software codesign grows rapidly. The tools enable very fast and effective development of the new core, that can be used in a wide variety of products from wearables to automotive systems. However the development of the core and coresponding toolchain is only one part of the life-cycle. Hand in hand with the development of new cores goes the demand for automation of testing.
