Original Abstract

Bezolovnaté technologie s vyššími procesními teplotami během pájení i oprav přináší zvýšené požadavky na volbu základního materiálu pro výrobu DPS. Tyto teploty často dosahují hodnot, kdy dochází k výrazným délkovým změnám v laminátu (zejména nad Tg), ev. kdy dochází až k rozkladu základního materiálu (Td). Výsledkem jsou nadměrná pnutí jak v z-ové ose, tak i v osách x,y, která způsobují praskliny v otvorech, delaminace vrstev, poškození pouzder součástek i pájených spojů. Velmi důležité jsou hodnoty TCE (Thermal Coefficient of Expansion) i Tg (Glass Transition Temperature).

English abstract

Lead free technology with higher process temperatures during soldering and repairs brings increased demands on the choice of the base material for the PCB production. These temperatures often reach values which is subject to significant changes in the length of the laminate (especially above Tg), ev. when it occurs to the degradation of the base material (Td). The result is excessive tension in all axis x, y and z, which cause cracks in the holes, the delamination of the layers, damage the components and soldered joints. Very important are the values of the TCE (Thermal Coefficient of Expansion) and Tg (Glass Transition Temperature).
