This work deals with findings influence of marketing on optimalization of transport flows by liquidation of used products. We sectioned this topic on two basic parts – optimalization of transport flows and liquidation of used products and packagings .From results, we found out, that all subjects on the market don´t interest in transport flows, but they interest in the ways of liquidation of used pruducts. We can section manufacturing companies in three groups. The first group is for companies, which don´t deal with liquidation of used products. The second group is for ones, which delegate the liquidation on the special companies. The companies in the third group deal with processing of used products. In current time, subjects on the market don´t specialize in life cycle of products too much, especially in ecologic problems. Only goverment, consumers and companies can influence this bad conditions.
