Energetická náročnost budovy pojem, který v sobě zahrnuje nejen faktory prostupu tepla obálkou budovy a tepelných ztrát větráním, ale je v určité míře ovlivněna také způsobem vytápění a kvalitou jeho regulace. Příspěvek porovnává dynamické charakteristiky vybraných otopných prvků, jako je doba jejich náhřevu a ochladnutí. Znalost těchto dynamických charakteristik je důležitá nejen z hlediska celkové spotřeby tepla v budově na vytápění, ale má zásadní význam i pro správnou funkci systému měření a regulace. Příspěvek prezentuje vybrané typy otopných ploch a jejich vliv na úspory tepla na vytápění, které lze jejich použitím dosáhnout.

The energy performance of buildings, a concept that includes not only the factors of heat transfer and heat loss of the building envelope, ventilation, but it is to some extent also affected by way of heating and the quality of its regulation. Post compares the dynamic characteristics of the selected heating elements, such as the time of their heating up and cooling down. Knowledge of these dynamic characteristics is important not only in terms of the total heat consumption for heating in the building, but is essential for the correct functioning of the system of measurement and control. This paper presents the selected types of heating surfaces and their influence on the heat for space heating savings that can be achieved by using them.
