Original Abstract
The paper discusses a numerical model for more accurate analysis of electro-hydrodynamic processes at the level of MEMS and NANO-EMS structures. Based on previous examinations of graphene structures [1] and using traditional modeling techniques, the authors employ diverse analyses of relevant limiting parameters to propose a structural analysis facilitating the evaluation of numerical models within the nano and micro dimensions. A simple example is used to demonstrate the properties of the given approach to the current multiscale modeling of structures of matter.
