Příspěvek analyzuje postavení stavebnictví v národním hospodářství a jeho specifika ve srovnání s průmyslovou výrobou. Cena ve stavebnictví je - v absolutní podobě za stavební dílo a v relativní podobě za měrnou jednotku stavební práce - důležitým srovnávacím parametrem. Na základě jejího statistického sledování se určuje konjunkturální i strukturální vývoj výroby. Definice ceny stavební práce pro statistické účely je již deset let neměnná. Dostatečné množství strukturovaných dat umožňuje výpočet věrohodných výsledků v bohaté struktuře používaných klasifikací. Na závěr jsou rozebrány podmínky a faktory spolehlivosti cenové statistiky.

The paper analyzes the position of the civil engineering in the national economy and its particularities in the comparison with the industrial production. A price in the civil engineering is - absolutely per a building construction and relatively per a unit of a building work - an important comparative parameter. On the base of its statistic monitoring it is determined conjunctural and structural development of the production. A definition of the price of the building work for statistic purposes is for ten years without changes. A sufficient amount of structured data allows a calculation of believable results in a rich structure of used classifications. Finally they are analyzed conditions and factors of a price statistic reliability.
