Original Abstract
The pin-hole based electrical discharges in various liquids are studied in dependence on supplied voltage polarity and frequency as well as on solution conductivity. The discharge breakdown and its propagation through bulk liquid are studied as well as the physical and chemical phenomena initiated by discharge. The applications in decomposition of hazardous chemical compounds, synthesis of nanoparticles and surface treatment of materials are described, too.
