Original Abstract
This study solves the evaluation of the examined middle-size building enterprise in the period of a financial crisis, namely by means of a property substantial method and a return method DFC Entity. The study includes two main parts, namely theoretical and practical ones. In the theoretical part, basic data concerning the evaluation and monitoring the examined building enterprise are presented; the practical part includes evaluations of the building enterprise by property and return ways. The target of the study is to prove on the basis of own experience that in the period of unfavourable economic sways, the property substantial method appears as a suitable way of the evaluation.
