Original Abstract

This contribution is intent on the problems of the entrepreneurial intention of the building enterprise and it is connected with the dissertation thesis on the topic ,,The Modelling of the Development of the Middle–Size Building Enterprise Value in the Real Competition of the Czech Republic”. This intention is a realization of the construction of the hall for the production of steel constructions and the reconstruction of locksmith and tinsmith operations which the examined building enterprise X1 s.r.o. is going to carry out. In the theoretical part of the contribution, the basic concepts connected with the problems of the entrepreneurial intention are clarified, which are entrepreneurial intention, technical-economic study, economic efficiency criteria (ratios), Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Cash Flows for judging a project financial stability and sensitivity analysis. In the first chapter of the practical part, the basic data about the building enterprise which is going to realize the entrepreneurial intention are described. In the further chapters of the practical part, the entrepreneurial intention is elaborated in detail and evaluated on the basis of the calculation of the economic efficiency ratios (Net Present Value and Internal Rate of Return); the sensitivity analysis which examines the sensitivity of Net Present Value to investment costs, operating costs and returns is elaborated here as well. The aim the contribution is on the basis of own experience to elaborate lucidly the problems of the entrepreneurial intention and to clarify the basic concepts connected with this topic, further on to propose and to judge the entrepreneurial intention of the concrete building enterprise.
