Lávka, která přemosťuje slepé rameno řeky Willamette, je tvořena spojitým nosníkem o pěti polích délek od 10,7 do 93,9 m. Hlavní pole, které má štíhlou předpjatou mostovkou, je zavěšeno na dvou skloněných obloucích. Oblouky jsou skloněny vně – mají tedy (‘butterfly’) -‘motýlové‘ uspořádání. Mostovka hlavního pole je sestavena z prefabrikovaných segmentů a spřažené monolitické desky. Oblouky jsou tvořeny ocelovými rourami, oblouková síla je zachycena předpjatou mostovkou. Protože jak vnitřní, tak i krajní podpěry jsou rámově spojeny s mostovkou, lávka tvoří integrální konstrukci. Lávka je popsána z hlediska architektonického a konstrukčního řešení, postupu stavby a statické a dynamické analýzy.

The pedestrian bridge, which bridges the Willamette River slough, consists of a continuous five-span girder of span lengths from 10.7 to 93.9 m. The main span, which is formed by a slender prestressed deck, is suspended on two inclined arches. The arches are inclined outward – so, they have a 'butterfly' arrangement. The deck of the main span is composed of prefabricated segments and a composite cast-in-place deck slab. The arches are made of steel pipes, the arch force is resisted by the prestressed deck. Since both the inner and the outer supports are frame-connected with the bridge deck, the bridge forms an integral structure. The pedestrian bridge is described in terms of the architectural and structural design, construction process and static and dynamic analysis.
