Original Abstract
Non-lithographic nanostructure formation using template-based technique is presented in this work. Nature phenomena of self-ordered nanoporous growing during aluminium anodization is used for template creation. Various metallic or metal oxide nanostructures can be formed from pre-prepared sandwich structure on silicon or glass wafer by presented technique. Final nanostructures such as nanodots, nanocolumns, nanotubes, nanowires and also 3D nanostructures with different diameters can be easily developed.
