Original Abstract

Certifikace udržitelných budov je čím dál častěji diskutovanějším tématem. Pozornost se však spíše upíná ke kancelářským budovám. Článek pojednává obecně o certifikaci udržitelných budov, uvádí také demonstrativní výčet certifikačních programů včetně nejvýznamnějších nadnárodních BREEAM a LEED. Pozornost je však věnována národnímu certifikačnímu programu SBToolCZ, a to z toho důvodu, že tímto certifikátem disponují budovy, které nejsou administrativního či průmyslového charakteru. Certifikaci lze získat i pro jiný typ nemovitých věcí, jako jsou bytové či rodinné domy nebo školy. Článek se zabývá udržitelnými budovami z pohledu hodnotících kritérií. Důraz je kladen na jedno z kritérií – lokalita stavby. Součástí článku jsou i příklady bytových domů s certifikátem SBToolCZ.

English abstract

The certification of sustainable buildings is increasingly being discussed. However, the focus is on office buildings. The article deals with the certification of sustainable buildings in general and also provides demonstrative list of certification programs including the most important transnational BREEAM and LEED. However, attention is aimed to the national certification program SBToolCZ, due to the fact that buildings with this certificate are not listed as an administrative or industrial. Certification can also be obtained for other types of real estate, such as block of flats, residential houses or schools. The article deals with sustainable buildings from the point of view of evaluation criteria. Accent is placed on one of the criteria - location. The article also includes examples of residential buildings with SBToolCZ certificate.
