Original Abstract

Článek se zabývá elektronickými podpisy po nabytí účinnosti nařízení eIDAS, nařízení GDPR a vydání zákona o službách vytvářejících důvěru pro elektronické transakce. Definuje písemnosti a podpisy. Popisuje předchozí právní úpravu podle zákona o elektronickém podpisu. Uvádí možnost podávání dokumentů prostřednictvím datových schránek. Analyzuje nařízení eIDAS a zákon o službách vytvářejících důvěru pro elektronické transakce. Podrobně popisuje dynamický biometrický podpis a srovnává jej s podpisem kryptografickým.

English abstract

The article deals with electronic signatures after the entry into force of the eIDAS Regulation, the GDPR Regulation and the issuance of the Trust Services Act for Electronic Transactions. Defines documents and signatures. It describes the previous legislation under the Electronic Signature Act. Features document filing via data boxes. It analyses the eIDAS Regulation and the Trust Services Act for Electronic Transactions. It describes the dynamic biometric signature in detail and compares it with the cryptographic signature.
