Tento článek popisuje dvě vybraná města - Graz a Leipzig. Graz jako příklad města čerpající dotace a Leipzig jako příklad města, které se dokázalo vyrovnat s fenoménem Smršťujících se měst. Cílem článku je postihnout typy struktur s jejich transformacemi, zhodnotit jejich aplikovatelnost ve měste Brně

English abstract

This articles describes two selected cities, Lepzig and Graz, the former being an example of a place able to cope with the phenomen of urban shrinking and the latter as an example of a subsidy-drawing city. The aim of this article is to present varios types of structures and transformation and evaluate their applicability for city og Brno.
