Original Abstract
The article describes the use of generalized Laguerrre functions for impulse response approximation of systems with dead time. It states some connections between the size of the dead time and the values of free parameters of generalized Laguerre functions. It compares the approximation error with generalized Laguerre functions and with simple Laggerre functions.
