Cílem práce bylo modifikovat kostní cement selenovými nanočásticemi a porovnat jeho vliv na antibakteriální vlastnosti s kostním cementem obsahujícím antibiotikum vancomycin.

English abstract

The aim of this work was to modify bone cement with selenium nanoparticles and to compare its effect on antibacterial properties with bone cement containing vancomycin.
