Original Abstract

In this work, the interactions between DNA and the effect of crowding agent (polyethylene glycol) on these interaction surfactant were studied using mainly fluorescence dye exclusion study. This method is based on on the exclusion of fluorescent dye from the DNA when this becomes compacted. Both controlled DNA compaction and decompaction are needed for successful gene delivery.
