Original Abstract
The paper discusses the new Quality of Service (QoS) implementations in TCP/IP based network environments. It mostly focuses on practical implementations of the differentiated and integrated services models and routing policy controls. The function of the Resource Reservation Protocol as a key element to the integrated services model is briefly discussed. However, new Quality of Services evaluation methods are described first.
