Original Abstract

Result of pilot measurement of moisture of alternative floor structures in livestock housing obtained during March 2019 in the area of the University SUA Farm, Ltd. in Oponice (animal production) is summarized. Measurement is focused mainly on observation of changes induced by different bedding structure during housing cows. Results of moisture measurement in situ by electrical impedance spectrometry method were linked to the laboratory tests of bedding moisture carried out by gravimetric method.
