Článek se zabývá experimentálním ověřováním mechanických vlastností kliček a páteřních háčků při operační terapii neuromuskulárních deformit páteře a pánve způsobem dle Luqueho a Galvestonea.

English abstract

The scoliotic deformity combined with pelvic obliquity is very common problem in neuromusculary affected patients. The surgical therapy has been indicated in colaps or instability of the spine or instability of the standing and sitting position. The combination of Luque (segmental sublaminar spinal instrumentation) and Galvestone (pelvic stabilisation) techniques for simultaneous correction of the pelvic obliquity and scoliotic deformity has been used. The objective of this contribution is experimental verification of mechanical properties of sublaminar wires and pedicular hooks in surgical management of spinal and pelvic neuromuscular deformities according to Luque-Galveston surgical method.
