Original Abstract

Při plánování výstavby nebo rekonstrukcí vozovek by se mělo vycházet zcelkových nákladů na výstavbu, údržbu, opravy a rekonstrukci vozovek vcelém jejich životním cyklu. Dosavadní publikovaná porovnání celkových nákladů životního cyklu cementobetonových (CB) a asfaltových (AB) vozovek většinou vyznívala ve prospěch CB vozovek. Vpříspěvku jsou uvedena srovnání skutečných celkových nákladů stavby, údržby, oprav a rekonstrukce obou typů vozovek. Ke srovnání cen jsoupoužity jak nepovedené AB vozovky s častými opravami, tak CB vozovky s krátkou dobou životnosti. Analýza dálnice D5 soběma typy vozovek určila doby životnosti a plánované technologie opravy arekonstrukce a jejich ceny. Zprovedených posouzení vyplývá, že celkové náklady pro stejně dlouhý životní cyklus jsou vpřípadě CB vozovek vyšší než celkové náklady AB vozovek.

English abstract

When planning the new construction or reconstruction of pavements, the whole-life costs (WLC) including construction, maintenance,repair and reconstruction of pavement structures during their life-cycle should be taken into account. Previous comparisons of the life cycle costs of Portland cement concrete (PCC) and asphalt (AC) pavements mostly have preferred PCC pavements. The paperpresents comparisons of the life-cycle costs of both pavements. WLC comparisons include both failed AC pavements with frequent repairs and PCC pavements with a short life-time. The analysis of D5 motorway consisting of both types of pavements determined their life-time and planned repair and reconstructions technology and their costs. Assessments show that the WLC in the same pavement life-cycle in case of PCC pavements are higher than the WLC of AC pavements.
