Original Abstract

Příspěvek se zabývá vlivem složení cementových materiálů na vývoj jejich modulu pružnosti v rané fázi jejich zrání. Primárním cílem článku je určit statický modul pružnosti cementových malt téměř od počátku jejich tuhnutí. Pro experiment byly vyrobeny 4 cementové malty. Ty se lišily pouze vodním součinitelem a množstvím plastifikační přísady. U všech použitých malt byl kontinuálně měřen dynamický modul pružnosti po dobu 24 hodin, a to od chvíle uložení materiálu do formy. K tomuto měření byla využita ultrazvuková impulzová metoda. Ve stáří malt 24 hodin byl stanoven také statický modul pružnosti. Dosažené výsledky jsou uvedeny v tabelární a grafické podobě.

English abstract

The paper deals with the influence of the composition of cement materials on the development of their modulus of elasticity in the early phase of their maturation. The primary aim of the paper is to determine the static modulus of elasticity of cement mortars almost from the beginning of their setting. Four cementitious mortars were produced for the experiment. These differed only in the water coefficient and the amount of plasticizer. For all mortars which were used, the dynamic modulus of elasticity was continuously measured from the moment the material was placed in the mold to 24 hours of its age. The ultrasonic pulse method was used for this measurement. A static modulus of elasticity was also determined at a mortar in the age of 24 hours. The results are presented in tabular and graphic form.
