Original Abstract

Nucleobases are the main building blocks in DNA and RNA playing vital role in the storage of genetic information and protein biosynthesis. The abnormal changes of bases in organism suggest the deficiency and mutation of the immunity system and may indicate the presence of various disease, as well inborn errors of purine and pyrimidine metabolisms can cause possible serious or life threatening symptoms and may be associated with neurological symptoms or renal stone disease.
