Original Abstract
The purpose of the paper is conducting literature review on topic of digital transformation in the Czech Republic. The digital transformation is a part of Industry 4.0 and cover big part of activities of Czech companies. The main research method is the systematic and critical literature review. The scientific aim is to identify the current state and position of the Czech Republic Digital Transformation, from different perspectives. Also the global trends were taken in consideration. The future challenges were identified and recommendations, upon the research were made. Countries with high level of digital transformation are being also economically more effective, than those without. The Czech Republic is having good infrastructure but there is a lack of skilled workers. The current position of Digital Transformation of the Czech Republic is average, but it has decreasing trend in last few years.
