Original Abstract
Nowadays, the house is not only four walls, one lamp and a television. The modern house is mainly to optimize comfort, control equipment and optimize security. Many new systems for security, control and comfort of home were added. Now is a problem with a large number of con-ductors, control points and very complex wiring required to satisfy customer needs. Choice of classic or smart installation depends on in-stallation costs on the electrical performance of electrical wiring, see Fig. 1. Installer can provide most of the requi-rements imposed on electrical equipment in buildings. Smart wiring are more comfortable than conventional con-trol devices and equipment, introducing safety features (alarm breaking windows, alarm, etc.) and they are simpler, clearer, allowing easy planning and additional extension of the other elements. Intelligent installation in comparison with traditional one is giving the possibility of optimum energy consumption.
