Requirements concerning human knowledge and acquirements in the modern society are changing. Each individual who wants to work must keep on educating himself. Companies, which effort is to have long-term success by their clients and in their pertinent field, compete to good effect and have qualified and satisfied employees, have to put the accent on further training of their staff by means of interior and/or exterior methods.Nowadays, the quality of products and services is very high, and is being taken as granted; therefore, all manufacturers must keep hardest standards of quality in the course of production and in provision of related services as well. As far as customer services are concerned, the above necessity to train employees properly is also very important. Customer services are an important instrument in each sphere of entrepreneurial activity.
