Original Abstract

In this work, we presented possibility of using Python to access GPU through CUDA with CuPy open sourse library for acceleration of pulse sequence simulation. Magnetic resonance spectroscopy requiring massive prior data, such as dictionary preparation, fingerprinting or arificial-intelligence training. This GPU model is conceptualy very simple and offer kind of parallelism primitives
