Článek se zabývá analýzou literární rešerše autorů publikací zabývajících se problematikou faktorů ovlivňující trh s nemovitostmi, jehož cílem je udělat di detailnější přehled faktorů, s uvědoměním si významost dopadů na poptávku či nabídku, a tím pádm ovlivňujících cenu nemovitostí.

English abstract

The article deals with the analysis of the literature search of the authors of publications dealing with the factrors influencinf the real estate market, witch aims to make a more detailed overview of factors, recognizing the importance of impacts on supply or demand, and thus affecting real estate prices.
