Original Abstract

Článek prezentuje výzkum a vývoj vyrovnávacího podsypu podlah tvořeného upravenými odřezky z výroby cementotřískových desek. Podsyp je primárně určen pro rekonstrukce podlah obytných objektů. Výzkum a vývoj zohledňuje environmentální situaci, kdy je produkováno poměrně značné množství odřezků při výrobě cementotřískových desek – až 5 tis. t/rok. Záměrem níže prezentovaného výzkumu bylo posouzení vlastností a chování podsypu na bázi vhodně upravených odřezků z výroby cementotřískových desek. Hodnoceny byly vybrané užitné vlastnosti, které jsou mimo jiné klíčové pro konkurenceschopnost vyvinutého produktu na tuzemském trhu. Složení odřezků bylo upraveno v čelisťovém drtiči. Následně byly různé varianty podsypů analyzovány z hlediska distribuce a velikosti částic, stlačitelnosti, pevnosti v tlaku, nasákavosti a součinitele tepelné vodivosti. Vlastnosti vyvíjeného materiálu byly komparovány také s parametry běžně komerčně dostupných hmot.

English abstract

The article presents research and development of floor leveling material composed of modified cuttings from cement-bonded particleboards production. Primarily, this leveling material is intended for reconstruction of floors in buildings. Research and development takes into account the environmental situation, where a relatively large amount of cuttings is produced during the production of cement-bonded particleboard - up to 5,000t/year. The purpose of the research presented in the paper was to assess the properties and behaviour of the leveling material based on suitably modified cuttings from the production of cement-bonded particleboards. Selected utility properties were evaluated. These properties are, among other things, key for the competitiveness of the developed product on the domestic market. The composition of the cuttings was adjusted in a jaw crusher. Subsequently, different variants of the leveling material were analysed in terms of particle size distribution, compressibility, confined compressive strength, water absorption and thermal conductivity coefficient. The properties of the developed material were also compared with the parameters of commonly commercially available materials.
