V článku jsou popsány principy a techniky analýzy testovatelnosti. Dále jsou prezentovány optimalizační metody pro výběr registrů do řetězce scan společně se softwarem implementující metodiku.

English abstract

In the paper, principles and techniques of testability analysis on RT level are described. An optimization method for the selection of registers into scan chain is presented together with the software implementing the methodology.
