Original Abstract
The pulsed electromagnetic scattering by a relatively narrow groove in a perfectly electrically conducting plane is analyzed using the Caginard–DeHoop method of moments. Semianalytical solutions are provided for the H-polarized EM fields in the presence of rectangular and V-shaped grooves. Illustrative numerical examples validate the solution methodology
