Original Abstract

Strategies in digital marketing are constantly changing and evolving, especially in the field of cloud services, which are becoming the dominant form of software across all platforms. The aim of this article is to research current trends in the field of digital marketing using in-depth interviews with startups operating in the global market. The article focuses mainly on SaaS cloud services, which have different characteristics in comparison to other types of digital businesses, especially e-commerce.
