Original Abstract

This paper aims to describe features of the linear operator A in COMMIT2 algorithm. COMMIT and COMMIT2 algorithms seem to be a promising way to improve sensitivity of a brain white matter mapping procedures called tractography. The core problem solved here is challenging due to dimensionality and poor stability of the system. Exploration of the linear operator properties may be beneficial for further experiments since it might provide a better control over solution errors.
