Original Abstract
The article deals with the issue of the contemporary development of the world financial system and the world economy in connection with the long-term use of non-standard instruments of monetary regulation, especially extremely low or even negative interest rates. Its goal is to define the most significant risks of the long-term use of negative interest rates, including the tools used for their purposeful reduction, both for the future of the global world economy and, consequently, with regard to the future development of the entire human society.
