Original Abstract

In the field of oncology, and especially in pharmacological oncology. Q-PHASE microscope is using for direct effect of a drug on human living tumor cell lines has recently been an advantage. Thanks to this microscope, a new concept can be introduced of migrastatics, based on the knowledge of the link between the metastatic potential of cancer cells in vivo and their increased migratory activity in vitro, and seeks a functional solution based on the inhibition of cancer cell migration, as tested in vitro.
