Original Abstract

Výstupy z lomových zkoušek často vykazují určité odchylky od „ideálního“ stavu, jejichž důvodem mohou být např. experimentální chyby. Nicméně zanedbáním těchto odchylek by došlo ke zkreslení hodnot lomově-mechanických parametrů, které se z těchto zkoušek vyhodnocují. Tento příspěvek se zabývá úpravou výstupu z lomové zkoušky a přibližuje úvahy, na kterých jsou tyto úpravy založeny. Vliv těchto úprav je demonstrován na hodnotách specifické lomové energie, která je jednou ze základních lomově-mechanických parametrů a která je nejvíce citlivá na tyto úpravy. Výsledky ukazují, že největší vliv na hodnoty specifické lomové energie má aproximace sestupné větve diagramu síla–posun, zatímco vliv ostatních úprav je víceméně marginální.

English abstract

The results of fracture tests often show certain deviations from the “ideal” state, which can be caused by the experimental errors etc. If these deviations were not taken into account, there would be a distortion of the mechanical fracture parameters. This contribution deals with the modification of the fracture test output and shows detailly the principles on which these modifications are based. The influence of these modifications is demonstrated on the evaluated values of specific fracture energy, which is the most modifications-sensitive mechanical fracture parameter. The results show that the approximation of the descending branch of the force vs. deflection diagram has the highest impact on the specific fracture energy value, while the influence of the other corrections is marginal.
